Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

We want this site to work for everyone. Here's where we stand and how to tell us if something gets in your way.

Last reviewed: June 22, 2026

Onsite Concrete LTD is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, at three levels: A, AA, and AAA. onsiteconcrete.ca is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the standard.

Measures we take

To support accessibility, we:

  • include accessibility in our design and build process;
  • use semantic HTML with ARIA landmarks, a skip-to-content link, keyboard-navigable controls, and clearly visible focus states;
  • label every form field and pair it with clear error and success messages;
  • choose text and background colours that aim for sufficient contrast, and respect the “reduce motion” setting in your browser or device;
  • test pages with automated accessibility tools.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of onsiteconcrete.ca relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Limitations and alternatives

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Automated testing (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 AA) currently finds no outstanding issues, but automated tools catch only part of the picture, and a full manual review (keyboard-only, screen reader, and 200–400% zoom) is ongoing — which is why we describe the site as partially conformant for now. If you encounter a barrier that isn’t listed here, please tell us and we’ll help and prioritise a fix.

Assessment approach

Onsite Concrete assessed the accessibility of onsiteconcrete.ca by self-evaluation, using automated testing with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 level AA across all primary page templates (home, the service pages, contact, and the legal pages), most recently in June 2026, which returned no violations.
