The terms you agree to when you use this site. Our concrete work itself is quoted and contracted separately.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using onsiteconcrete.ca (the “Site”), operated by Onsite Concrete LTD (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site; copy or scrape its content without permission; or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
3. Our content and intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Onsite Concrete LTD or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
4. Information, not a binding offer
Content on the Site — including descriptions of our concrete services and any specifications such as strength or dimensions — is for general information only and does not constitute a binding quote, offer, or professional advice. Every job is quoted separately to the site and confirmed in writing.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to our sister company, AltaMix Concrete, and may link to other third-party websites. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We don’t warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONSITE CONCRETE LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Onsite Concrete LTD against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms; the “Effective date” above shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
